What size is an Instagram post?
1080 x 1080 square, or 1080 x 1350 for the taller portrait format, which takes up more of the feed.
What size is an Instagram story or reel?
1080 x 1920. Keep text away from the top and bottom, where the interface sits over it.
Why does my picture get cropped?
Because its shape does not match the frame. Resizing to the exact size here means the crop is decided by you in the preview rather than by the platform.
Is a link preview the same as a Facebook post?
No. Link previews are 1200 x 630, and that size is also what most other sites use for a shared link.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
