What this is
ExactSizeTool is a free set of browser-based tools for resizing images and editing PDFs. There is no account, no payment and no usage limit. The site is supported by advertising.
No affiliation
ExactSizeTool is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government department, examination board, recruitment agency or their websites. Names of examinations are used only to describe what people use the tools for.
Check the official notification
Size and dimension requirements are set by each examination authority and change from year to year. Any figure shown on this site is a convenience, not an authority. Always confirm the required sizes against the official notification before you upload. We are not responsible for an application that is rejected.
Provided as is
The tools are provided without warranty of any kind. Because processing happens in your browser, results depend on your device and browser. Keep your original files — always check the output before you rely on it. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from use of this site.
Acceptable use
Do not use ExactSizeTool to create, alter or falsify identity documents, certificates or any other record, or for anything unlawful. Resizing your own photograph for a form is fine; altering the content of an official document is not.
