Your files never reach us

Every tool on Exact Size Tool runs inside your own browser. Your photos, signatures and PDFs are read from your device, processed there, and written back there. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us or anyone else. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools still work.

What does leave your device

One feature uses the network: the box on the home page where you describe what you need. The text you type there is sent to our processing service so it can be read and turned into settings. Your files are never included. Do not paste personal details such as your roll number, Aadhaar number or address into that box. It is only meant for size instructions.

That text may be processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf, and answers are cached so the same instructions do not need reprocessing. Depending on the provider's own terms, text sent on their free tiers may be used to improve their models.

Visitor statistics

We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics, so we can see which tools people actually use. It sets no cookies, does not follow you between sites, and does not build any profile of you. What it records is the page address, the referring site, and general details such as country, browser and whether you are on a phone. It cannot identify you, and we could not single out your visit even if we wanted to.

This is a deliberate choice over the more common analytics products, which set cookies and track people across the web. It is also why this site has no cookie banner: there are no tracking cookies to ask you about.

Stored on your device

The tools themselves store nothing about you. Your browser may keep ordinary technical data such as its cache, and advertising cookies are covered in the section below. You can clear all of it by clearing site data for this site.

Advertising

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and review how Google uses data at policies.google.com.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting traffic measurement that does not identify individual visitors. Update this paragraph to name whatever analytics you actually install, or delete it if you install none.

Children

Exact Size Tool is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
