Your files never reach us

Every tool on ExactSizeTool runs inside your own browser. Your photos, signatures and PDFs are read from your device, processed there, and written back there. They are never transmitted to our servers, never stored, and never seen by us or anyone else. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tools still work.

What does leave your device

One feature uses the network: the box on the home page where you describe what you need. The text you type there is sent to our processing service so it can be read and turned into settings. Your files are never included. Do not paste personal details such as your roll number, Aadhaar number or address into that box — it is only meant for size instructions.

That text may be processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf, and answers are cached so the same instructions do not need reprocessing. Depending on the provider's own terms, text sent on their free tiers may be used to improve their models.

Stored on your device

We keep one setting in your browser's local storage: whether you chose English or Hinglish. It never leaves your device and you can clear it by clearing site data.

Advertising

This site shows ads from Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads, including ads based on your previous visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings, and review how Google uses data at policies.google.com.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting traffic measurement that does not identify individual visitors. Update this paragraph to name whatever analytics you actually install, or delete it if you install none.

Children

ExactSizeTool is a general-purpose utility and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
