Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you include:

• Which tool you were using, and the link to its page.
• What you set, and what came out instead.
• Your browser and device — for example "Chrome on Android".

Please do not attach your photograph or documents. We cannot receive them and we do not want them — we only need to know the numbers you were aiming for.

Requesting a tool

If a form asks for something ExactSizeTool cannot do yet, send the exact wording from the portal. That is usually enough for us to add support for it.
