Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you include:

Which tool you were using, and the link to its page.
What you set, and what came out instead.
Your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Android".

Please do not attach your photograph or documents. We cannot receive them and we do not want them. We only need to know the numbers you were aiming for.

Requesting a tool

If a form asks for something Exact Size Tool cannot do yet, send the exact wording from the portal. That is usually enough for us to add support for it.
