About PDF to JPG
Uploads that accept only images, a page you want to send in a chat, a certificate to print without opening a PDF reader: all of these need the page as a picture. Every page is rendered to a JPG at readable resolution and the set comes back as a ZIP.
Good to know
- Each page becomes a separate numbered image, so a ten page PDF gives ten files.
- Text becomes part of the picture and is no longer selectable or searchable.
- If a form wants one image, extract the single page you need first, then convert.
Questions
Can I get just one page as an image?
Use Extract PDF Pages to pull out that page first, then convert it here.
Will the text be readable?
Yes at normal document sizes. Very small print in a dense scan can soften.
Why a ZIP file?
Because each page becomes its own image, and the ZIP keeps them together.
Can I go back to PDF afterwards?
Yes, with JPG to PDF, though the text layer will not return.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your browser using your own device. Your file never leaves it, and we never see or store it. You can even disconnect from the internet and the tool still works.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no daily limit, no watermark on your files. The site is paid for by ads.
