About Multiple Pages Per Sheet
Printing a long document at one page per sheet burns through paper and ink. Placing two or four pages side by side on each sheet cuts the stack by half or three quarters, which is worth doing for anything you are printing to read rather than to submit.
Good to know
- Two per sheet stays comfortably readable; four suits skimming or reference copies.
- Original page order is preserved, so the printed result reads normally.
- Do not use this for a document being submitted, as forms expect one page per page.
Questions
Will the text still be readable?
At two per sheet, easily. At four, small print becomes a strain.
Does the page order change?
No. Pages are placed in order across the sheets.
Can I do six or more?
Two and four are offered, which is where the balance between saving and readability sits.
Does this save ink as well as paper?
Yes, since less is printed overall, though the saving depends on your printer.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your browser using your own device. Your file never leaves it, and we never see or store it. You can even disconnect from the internet and the tool still works.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no daily limit, no watermark on your files. The site is paid for by ads.
