About Handwritten Declaration Resizer
Banking applications ask for a handwritten declaration — a short paragraph you copy out by hand, photograph, and upload alongside the photo and signature. It has its own size limit, and it gets rejected for being unreadable more often than for being the wrong size.
Good to know
- Write it in running handwriting, in black ink on plain white paper. Block capitals are commonly rejected, and so are typed or printed declarations.
- Copy the wording exactly as the notification gives it. Changing it is a reason for rejection on its own.
- Photograph it straight down in good light, then let the cleaning step whiten the paper.

What do I write?
Whatever wording the notification gives, copied exactly. Do not paraphrase it and do not type it.
Can I write it in capitals?
Usually not. Running handwriting in black ink is what is asked for, and capitals are a common reason for rejection.
What size does it need to be?
It has its own limit, separate from the photograph and the signature. Read it off your notification.
My photo of it is too dark to read.
Retake it in daylight, flat and straight down. The cleaning step lifts the paper to white, but it cannot recover writing the camera never captured clearly.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
